　　有一首诗歌，歌名是：“Were you there when they crucified my Lord”
　　意思是：当耶稣被钉十字架的时候，你在那里吗？
　　我想起来都会觉得颤抖。如果你在的话，一定会有更深的体会。

　　圣经中有一个耶稣的门徒多马，人们习惯称他为多疑的多马。
　　为什么呢？因为他怀疑耶稣是否真的复活了。
　　为什么他怀疑呢？因为耶稣复活显现的时候，其他门徒在场，他不在场。

　　好些年前，我参加一个同学会。和一群同学谈话的当中，听到一个消息，某学校开了另一个学位班。
　　而我呢，符合入学条件。我心想，如果工作单位通融，迁就我的上课时间，我就会去上课。工作单位答应了。
　　两年以后，我得了另一个更高的学位，没想到还因此加了薪。

　　在场或不在场，这个重要吗？
　　如果我不去参加那个同学会，也许就无从知道那个消息。
　　许多时候，如果别人比我们得了什么机会，好处；原因是：当时我们不在场。错失良机。
