The Paradoxical Commandments

　　好些人以为这首诗是德兰修女写的，其实是Kent M. Keith 在 1968年写的。几十年来这首诗在世界各地流传。人们把它挂在墙上，贴在冰箱上。许多的文章，讲词都引用它，网上也在流传。它对每个人都适用：商人，军人，政客，政府官员，教会领袖，大学校长，社会工作者，教员，乐坛红星，为人父母者，教练和学生。德兰修女认为这首诗很有意思，把它放在印度加尔各大儿童院的墙上。

　　即使有人专心为已，蛮横无理，....无论如何要爱他们。

　　即使有人确实需帮助，当你去帮助时却遭受攻击，....无论如何要帮助。
